What initially drew me to Terra Firma was the atmosphere of respect, integrity, collaboration and craftsmanship. I’m excited to both broaden and fine-tune my skills while working alongside like-minded folks to create unique, thoughtful, and well-crafted spaces for our clients.

 

I’m an avid cyclist who spent nearly 15 years working in the bicycle industry with jobs ranging from bike messenger to product design and management. I enjoy everything from a simple cruise around the Twin Cities to mountain biking, long road rides and long-distance touring. I’ve also been known to dabble in racing when the inspiration hits. 

 

I deeply cherish literature and reading, primarily fiction and history, and love nothing more than spending a Sunday morning in the sunniest room in my house with a good book, a strong cup of black coffee, and my darling cat Mom asleep on my lap. It warms my heart to see I’m far from the only English Major here at Terra Firma! 

 

I also enjoy designing and making stained glass panels. Similar to carpentry, it is an ancient craft where creativity, patience, and craftsmanship are paramount and the end results can be truly stunning to behold.
