It’s wonderful to be surrounded by folks who are passionate about sustainability, the craft of building, and the interpersonal bonds crucial to bringing the two together. I love that our work gets to be a part of the story of a home, and am grateful that writing that story allows us to explore both new and historic methods in how we build. The camaraderie in the shop is so vivid, I think the dynamic between all of us learning from one another is completely inseparable from creating work that endures.
